Please also note that as custom charges vary from country to country it is not something that we can estimate for you, and the customer is responsible for covering these charges.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly as we are unable to refund shipping costs where parcels are returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address. Where parcels are returned to us due to failed delivery we will contact you to discuss redelivery. If we do not hear from you within 30 days we will assume that you no longer require the order and will return the items to stock with no refund or store credit issued.
Thank you for your order! We hope it’s perfect... but we appreciate that things are not always as you want them to be so we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that Rosie and Lula WILL NOT accept items that have been worn or items where the tags have been removed, unless the item is faulty. Branded packaging must be intact and in a re-saleable condition. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where we are notified of a manufacturing fault within 7 days of purchase.
Please note: items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Where possible, we will offer to replace items deemed faulty. Please inform us within 1 day of delivery if an item is faulty as otherwise we cannot accept that the product has not been worn.
Exchange of goods is subject to availability and we will need to invoice for shipping for the exchange. You will receive a full refund or store credit if the item cannot be replaced. Sale items (including those purchased during flash sales) cannot be refunded but a credit note will be issued or an exchange offered if sale goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
