Thank you for your order! We hope it’s perfect... but we appreciate that things are not always as you want them to be so we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that Rosie and Lula WILL NOT accept items that have been worn or items where the tags have been removed, unless the item is faulty. Branded packaging must be intact and in a re-saleable condition. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Please note: items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Where possible, we will offer to replace items deemed faulty. Exchange of goods is subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced. Sale items cannot be refunded but a credit note will be issued or an exchange offered if sale goods are returned to us within 7 days of receipt. A refund will be issued to the original card used for the purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the return.
PLEASE NOTE: Always send items back to us using a TRACKED SERVICE. If you send your item back to us without a tracking number, we will not be held responsible for anything that goes missing.
Please note: processing timelines are dependent on your bank. This refund will include the full value, as originally paid, of the items returned, including the relevant taxes, but excluding original shipping or return shipping costs. Where a discount has been applied the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
